At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Request
Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your RMA number.
Pack the Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Quality Check & Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
